Miryam is a Service Designer with focus on qualitative research, concept development and facilitating workshops. She is specialised in understanding human behavior and finding mindful, empathic approaches to reach the target group. An optimistic focus onto her projects enables her to effectively touch peoples senses and emotions. Miryam is a communicative spirit that allows her to lead interviews and revealing needs of users in a seemingly easy manner. She is using an explorative, user-centred and iterative approach combining qualitative research methods such as interviews, conversations, observation together with co-creative sessions with users and key stakeholders.
